1. Receive a Notice from BCA
You will be informed by BCA that your property is due for a Periodic Facade Inspection.
2. Engage Environ Construction
You engage Environ as a one-stop solution specialist. We work with Competent Persons (CP) who will be appointed for your project.
3. As-Built Facade Plans
Client to forward As-Built Facade Plans and if it is not available, Environ/CP will purchase the said Plans on behalf of the Owner.
4. Submission of Quotation and Inspection
Environ will submit the quotation and once it is accepted, we will arrange a date and time to conduct the Periodic Facade Inspection.
5. Submit a Report to BCA
Environ/CP/RFI will submit a report and notify you of the approval status from BCA.
6. Repair of Defects
Where necessary, the owner engages Environ to repair defects as recommended by the CP
7. Facade Rectification Consultancy Works
Remedial works are required after submission to BCA: to provide the following:
– To prepare specifications including sketches, documents, drawings, etc for the procurement of the rectification works
– Provide a Competent Person’s endorsement on the completion of all remedial works in accordance with the BCA PFI regime
